1. Qantas announces $100-million upgrade to lounge network
Qantas will significantly enhance its network of lounges in Australia and overseas, elevating the
pre-flight and transit travel experience for customers to a new level of luxury at key destinations.
The $100-million investment features four brand new lounges, including a new flagship First
Lounge at London’s Heathrow Airport, and an extensive upgrade program of existing
international and domestic lounges.
2. Hertz Business Priority - Skip the queue
Hertz has this week launched their official ‘Business Priority’ service.
Business Priority has been introduced to create an increased speed of service for eligible customers at major airports. It is designed mostly for business customers that use a charge back account (HCC) or central credit card (GCC) as their method of payment, and who are not already a Gold Plus Rewards
member.
This has been designed to expedite Hertz customers' rental counter process experience.

4. Rydges has officially re-opened
