What is LEAP?
The LEAP program is designed around busy professionals who want to fast-track a skill.
Take a LEAP!
LEARN the theory at your own convenience. This includes a Learning and pre-workshop theory to be covered in your own time (circa 1 hour).
EXPERIENCE with a half-day workshop full of practical activities where the theory is made tangible.
APPLY the tools and techniques you have learnt in your workplace. You will have post-workshop activities to complete together with a 30-minute cohort coaching call.
PROGRESS ensuring that what you have learnt is progressed into a workable reality to add tangible benefits in your day-to-day role.
