    Explaining coronavirus to kids

“What is Coronavirus?” is an excellent pdf comic book created by a Boston based therapist, Christine Borst, to explain the current pandemic to children.

“As a mom of three kids (ages 2, 4, and 6), I’ve been answering a lot of questions for my kids lately (and rightfully so!) as we’ve been home together practicing social distancing,” writes Christine Borst.

“My passion is writing children’s books (in fact, I recently submitted notice to my full time job in order to pursue a writing career full time starting in July 2020), so I decided to put one together for my kids so we could continue the conversation about COVID-19.

“I am offering this free (currently, it is in a PDF form for you to download from Google Drive) – I ask that you share it with others who might find it helpful.

“If you are able, and feel so moved to do so, I welcome you to give a donation – I will be using the money to support local businesses and families impacted by the Coronavirus (and will share with you all where it goes),” Borst adds.

The book is also available in Spanish, French, Farsi and Turkish languages as well as an audio version.
