AS SUPPLIERS,
GET CONNECTIONS.

As one of Australia’s largest procurement and buying groups, we can offer our suppliers access to over 24K+ members, and that number is growing.

This is a huge advantage for any supplier. Our 24,000 + members are across all of Australia and are in all public, private and not-for-profit sectors.

Our vision is to lead by example and build on our compliance strengths and together with our suppliers and members, embrace social and environmental responsibilities into our everyday business.

To maintain our integrity and quality control for our members, there is a strict approval process. It may not be an overnight process for your business to be approved, so why not start today?

Some of the benefits of becoming a supplier are:

  • Indigenous suppliers
  • Leading by example
  • Free membership encourages member growth
  • Communications still continue
  • Reduced risk
  • WE GET on-going support
  • Annual Procurement Australasia Conference

We encourage and champion any indigenous business owners to apply for the approval process. We are also there to support suppliers applying throughout the approval process.

We offer support to suppliers to follow in our footsteps and comply with our 'best practice' level and be compliant in all our solutions and services. As Australians push for more accountability and transparency from organisations and business, being compliant with laws, legislation, environmental and social responsibility is at the heart of everything we do.

Procurement Australasia provides free membership which is a real advantage. This not only benefits our members but also helps our supply partners who are willing to extend discounts and additional service levels to gain access to our extensive network of members. Our members look to us for our broad range of expert advice, expertise, iconic supply partners, our substantial buying power and our corporate governance and probity processes.

Being aligned with Procurement Australasia does not sever members to supplier connections. Members still receive deliveries directly from our suppliers and are still able to call suppliers if any problems arise, and always have the opportunity to meet to conduct account reviews. Suppliers are also able to contact members if their quotation has been accepted. The significant difference is that if there is a dispute, Procurement Australasia’s input and support is instantly available at the members highest levels of management.

Because we are involved with members as they clarify and formalise their requirements, offer and contract, it becomes a very transparent process for all parties. This reduces risk, as it means everyone's requirements and expectations are clear from the beginning. This includes payment, which is essential for suppliers. Even though we support our members, we value you as a supplier also. So if there are any problems with payment for work correctly completed or products supplied, we will be there for you to do all we can to assist.

At Procurement Australasia, we work with our supplier partners to provide ongoing support to ensure they are in front of our members when opportunities arise through our marketing programs and networking events such as our annual conference.

Our Annual Conference provides visibility and promotional opportunities for our suppliers. Awards for Outstanding suppliers is also a key feature at our conference.  At Procurement Australasia, we are proud of our annual conferences success and value that we have brought back into our membership base. Not only is it acknowledgement, as the event is so well known in the industry, but it is also a great way to help your business with branding and exposure.
